Ardmore native Adisha Chapman has been reconfirmed by the Senate to a seven-year term on the 草莓视频 Board of Regents.

鈥淚t鈥檚 an honor to continue serving on the 草莓视频 Board of Regents and to support the important work underway at the college,鈥 Chapman said. 鈥淚 look forward to continuing to advocate for students and to help advance opportunities that strengthen both the institution and the communities it serves.鈥

Chapman joined the 草莓视频 Board of Regents in 2012, appointed by Governor Fallin, and was reappointed in 2019 by Governor Stitt. She previously served as the board's secretary and, more recently, as its chair. She is part of a multi-generational ranching family that also owns Concentric Consultants, LLC, an oil consulting company.

Regent Chapman earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in letters from the University of Oklahoma. She鈥檚 also served as a GED instructor with the Ardmore Family Literacy program for eight years.
